MEN'S BASKETBALL PUSH LATE BUT FALL TO HUSKIES

The Georgian Grizzlies men's basketball team hosted the George Brown Huskies on Wednesday night at the Georgian Athletic Centre in Barrie.

The Grizzlies got off to a good start opening the game on a 7-0 run but then the Huskies took over. George Brown then went on a 29-6 run the rest of the quarter and held a 14 point lead at halftime.

In the second half the Grizzlies reset and put up a good effort narrowing the lead to just five points in the final minute but that was as close as they could get falling 83-77 to the Huskies.
